They know what all to consider while starting a new practice to take a full control on its growth.

If they know how to make patients Happy,how to make them refer others.

If they know how to calculate return on investments and design a business plan around everything that they invest in practice.

If they know how to deal with difficult patients, bargaining patients, skeptical patients,non-paying patients

If they know what matters to the patient most and why should the patient choose them to treat his condition.

If they know how to elevate practice and make a predictable pathway of growth.

If they know how to plan the year ahead,how to do diary zoning,how to get extra time for self and family and make life easy.

If they know how to manage Staff,how to recruit,how to train how to retain.

In short if one knows the scientific way of running a private practice… he/she absolutely don’t need DBM.
