It’s all about a "response" !
Things happen and there will always be wins and a loss. Dentistry is no different .
Business of dentistry will encompass a wide range of experiences from Staff management up to financial management and patient feedbacks.
A very important learning is how does the team leader ( you ) "responds" to the significant events.
I am trying to highlight – " response"
for the only reason that it’s different to " react"!
Focus on digesting the event – putting your intelligent thinking cap on – reflect on possibilities and outcomes – then " respond".
Most of the times we " react " and it is most possibly not our best " response ".
So thought is – " Respond more " than reacting to a significant event in your clinic and you will have a higher chance of winning.
I have learnt this lately and want to remember this going forward 🙂
