SOME THOUGHTS ON MARKETING IN DENTISTRY AFTER A HUGE DISCUSSION ON DENTIST’S FORUM LAST NIGHT….
I think instead of getting into what’s right and what’s wrong about marketing if we focus on few key aspects as below then each dentist or dental practice can make their *own decision* about how much do they need to work on this aspect of the *business*
Dentist who think their clinic does not fit in a category of small/ medium enterprise business category should stop reading this post immediately …
( I have full respect for them and I appreciate that they have other sources of income for survival ).
Things to check:
1) I am a new start up
2) I am struggling to get new patients
3) I am pretty full with work but every day I can see a decline in new work.
4) I am stagnated with routine dentistry and my new skill sets like dental implants smile designing are not being used.
5) I have an excellent set up and big enough to serve more patients.
