It’s us who have to make them feel comfortable through our friendly staff .Make them feel at home by being easily *accessible*,and this openness is displayed by a very simple gesture … *SMILE *.
Smile is the key to open their mind,heart and mouth .
Every new patient will feel vulnerable , because of *fear of non-acceptance* ,he may feel his query may sound foolish .
As you open up the general conversation for *rapport Building*,he finds you to be human and imperfect too ,just like him.This takes off the barrier in communication and conversation happens.
Being perfect is nothing ,but just accepting being Imperfect.
