Fear is just a line or groove in the brain. But the most difficult line to cross. One who owns the fear sees this groove very deep like a Valley of Fire. This line is the decisive factor for your personality .Each individual is shaped up according to fears and anxieties that he possess.
Let’s try to construct a bridge to cross this fiery valley using the bricks of the F.E.A.R itself .

As soon as fear creeps in , halt the task and welcome it .It’s just an passing emotion or feeling like all other feelings.So feel it to the core.Let it pass at it’s pace.Its just a hormonal play that arrests logical thinking.Just feel it don’t feed it.
*E* Evaluate
As the feeling thins out, thinking peeps in.Now evaluate was it really worth ,was it really something to worry .Laugh at yourself and the remnants of the fear too die off.

Focus on the task ahead,look at the bigger picture .Divert ur mind to the benefits or celebration that’s going to come after you make it happen.
*R* Revisit-
Take up the task again and again until the first stage of Feel drops down to Zero quantitatively, qualitatively and duration wise.
