POLICY
a. Mains protected against backflow with an integrated type A air gap anti-retraction system.
b. Delivery unit supplied by a clean water system using bottled water.
c. Sterile water must be used for all surgical procedures
d. Water lines flushed each day for 2 to 3 minutes
e. Aspirators, drains, and spittoons should be cleaned with a non-foaming disinfectant after every treatment session
f. Manufacturer’s instructions are followed on disinfection of bottled water systems and cisterns.
